Rob
Chamberlin: Drums and percussion
 |
Rob
Chamberlin
began playing the drums at the age of thirteen and he hasn't
looked back. He took to it like a duck to water and by the age
of fourteen he was playing professionally and by the age of sixteen
he was performing in clubs. The list of people he has performed
with is quite impressive, as is the gamut of styles he is proficient
in. In his late teens he played with rock guitar legend Tommy
Bolin and the nationally know funk bands Hit City
and The Gravity Band. He was the house drummer for Stage
West, played with the award winning Denver Center Theater
Group, and performed with the Denver Symphony and
Denver Art Center. Rob played with well known Denver entertainer
Lannie Garrett for many years. Other styles and bands
Rob has performed with include the bluegrass bands Runaway
Express, John McKuen, and the Kenny Cox Band;
Latin bands Conjunto Colores and Mood Express;
jazz band Miles Apart, the Savoy Big Band, and
folk artist Molly O'Brien. |
